NewsGEM Health Care Group Ltd. GEM Health Care Group will complete the construction of two new long term care facilities this fall. Heart of the Valley LTC is a 50 resident facility in Middleton, and White Hills LTC will have 68 residents. A third facility for 66 residents, The Admiral LTC, will open in Dartmouth in the spring of 2011. General contractors are Roscoe Construction, Pomerleau Inc. and Maxim 2000 Inc. Costello Fitt Limited are GEM's project manager. |
